Mrs. Otero: Oh, there are so many things about my job that I truly like. I like interacting with my students; I really like to challenge them. I just really enjoy teaching.
Raquel: Do you have any hidden talents beyond teaching?
Mrs. Otero: Oh, no I’m not good at cooking. But I’m really good at dancing, though I can’t sing either!
Raquel: What was your favorite part about living in Uruguay, and is there anything you miss about it?
Raquel: What is your favorite food?
Mrs. Otero: Anything barbecue style!
Raquel: Do you have any pets?
Mrs. Otero: No, not anymore, but I used to have a miniature dachshund.
Raquel: What is your favorite book, and what was your favorite book when you were a teen?
Mrs. Otero: Well, definitely at that time we didn’t have Twilight or Divergent! To be honest I do read, but not a lot, and in school we read a lot of poetry, like Isabella Yende.
Raquel: Mrs. Otero, your job can sometimes be stressful I am sure, so what is your favorite way to unwind after a hard day?
Mrs. Otero: After a hard day? I watch a lot of TV shows! I do walk a lot around my house, and we have a lot of hiking trails. Also, I go to the movies whenever I can!
