Fatima Az-Zahraa Dadou: Three things I want to do this summer is go to the beach after Ramadan with my family, perhaps go to umrah in Ramadan, and fix my bedroom in the new house we are moving to.
Tom Obryan: Three things: learn to surf, see baby sea turltes hatch, and write a play for Reader's Theater.
Isabel Swann: This summer I will be going to the Bahamas with a couple of my friends. I will also be doing the 40 day prayer challenge and I will be doing another production at my church.
Raquel Martinez: This summer I am getting the opportunity to go to a camp for the arts in Ireland. There I’ll be able to improve on my drawing and painting as well as photography, and get the chance to meet people from all over the world. Every week I’ll be able to travel across Ireland and see castles and ruins and learn about the history there too! This is an amazing chance to start improving in my passions.
Alicia: Not too long ago, maybe a month or so, my mom say a seminar was taking place in Iceland. It is something she is really passionate about, and she really wants to go. So, she asked me if I wanted to come along, and obviously, I said yes. Iceland is somewhere I’ve always wanted to go. I’ve heard such wonderful things about! Everything from it being midnight and still light out to the hot lakes. After we decided to go to Iceland, the school is she currently enrolled at, announced that they are going to have a graduation party in London. It is around the same time, so she figured, two birds, one stone. England is another country I’ve always wanted to visit. It’s seems like such wonderful place. I’ve never been more excited for the summer! I’m going to get the experience of a lifetime.
